Hi, welcome to my page! My name is Danni. I'm 24 years old. Ever since I was a little girl I've had an artistic streak. Art has been one of my earliest passions in life, infact most of my childhood was spent creating, drawing and designing things! Over the years I continued to sketch and colour in my own personal scrap book until I came across an arts cultural hub when I was in the library. I met my mentor Carol and was given some information about the silver arts award. As soon as we started discussing all the units and tasks I would have to complete to achieve the award, my heart began to glow and knew this was the path I wanted to take!

Having only ever used pencils my entire life to sketch and create art. I decided to set myself a challenge to branch out and test my painting skills. I have never painted before so I thought it would be an interesting, yet challenging task to set myself. I'm a very cartoony, sketchy creator and feel that my early art lacked theme. To achieve my arts award challenge. I aim to broaden my current art skills, using paints, waxes. To put a little more realism into my art. To also create a theme throughout my work. My art work is based the theme of another huge passion in my life, spirituality.
